We strongly recommend to make an appointment via WhatsApp or Online prior to your visit to avoid any potential waiting time. Walk-ins are welcomed too.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Nets, PayNow, UnionPay, GrabPay, Contactless Payment (Samsung/Apple/Google Pay).

Is there any consultation fee?

Consultation is FREE. Visit us from Monday- Thursdays, we’ll be happy to check your hair, scalp or skin for you. We promise we will never pressure you into conducting any service.

I have bleached hair and I want to do rebonding or have it permed. Is it possible?

Accepted Answer

Bleached hair cannot be permed nor rebonded but there are some situations that it’s still doable. Visit us for a free consultation! We promise we won’t hardsell nor pressure you into any impulse purchase.

How do I choose the right treatments and products?

Again, feel free to visit our salon so we can recommend what’s best for you after examining your hair or skin condition.

Can I bleach my hair after rebonding and perming?

Accepted Answer

Yes but preferable after 2 weeks to let your hair heal first. Perming, on the other hand, is not recommended. If you'd like to bleach your hair, you may consider to do hair perm first. It would be better to have a prior consultation due to different hair condition.
